Sports Makes you Happy


There is a word, it’s “health is wealth”. So all we have to do is we have to keep our health well. So there will be a question how we can make our health well .Oh yes, I got the answer its sports. There are lots of sports that we can play. We can play indoor and outdoor games like cricket, football, badminton, handball etc. sports can make your mind fresh and can keep your health well. Sports are for all the human being. Any age of people can play different type of game. Some time sports can be a prescription for a patient doctor always says that do some physical activates which can make you feet. Another way is hard physical working. But you will fill boar to do herd work to keep your health good. We can see that those who are doing physical exercise there average age is more than general people and they are hard working too.

Sports can build up kid’s behavior too. Now a day’s sometimes we see some kids are not that much active enough as they should be. It’s a vast trouble. They have to be lively. They need to go to the play ground to play games. When a kid will start to play sports from the being time that kid will know how to be socialized. They learn that in life some people win and others lose.

Now a day’s children are giving priority on video games and computer literacy .That’s why day by day they become lazy and unsocial. So sports can encourage a healthy lifestyle.

When a child realize that he is getting something good from sports from that time he may think to build up his career in sports. That means it promotes self esteem. Teamwork is very important for an organization. Sports can teach the children how to work together. Team work is enjoyable so if any body enjoy with any work he must be doing good on it.

why we are plaing sports?why it is good for the woman ?some body might say it will be a good way of exercis or to have fun.
Its right but there is more reasons.
